I got results back from a blood test and found out I was pre-diabetic. My Doctor recommended I go on medication to control it, I didn’t feel good about that. My Dr. gave me six months to make changes to my lifestyle to see if that would impact the number. In coaching with Megan, the most important work we did was working on my mindset, and how I felt about my body. As I slowly made the changes that we were working on I felt better physically, but more importantly for the first time in my 50 years I felt good about my body.
I redid my blood work and am no longer pre-diabetic. Thanks to Megan who gave me the tools I need to build a healthy lifestyle I was able to reverse a bad health trend, start the work of healing my mind/body connection and feel as though I have a support health coach in my journey towards total health.

I’m so grateful I found Megan through Instagram. She has helped me so much in understanding nutrition and the healthy ways to nourish my body. Every session we had she asked how I was doing with our goals we made each week. She made sure everything worked with my schedule and my taste buds which was so helpful because eating healthy tastes good if you do it right. Every week she would send me an email of everything we discussed in our session with links to healthier alternatives of snacks that I liked which helped a ton! Now I’m still enjoying my favorite foods just in a healthier option.
